It's perhaps not natural that as soon as the word wealth strikes our eardrum, we all remember luxuries that we don't have or things which we need more like- money, currency, electronic items, furniture, and a lot more things for our concern. Our thinking for wealth is this much only. But these are just the primary wealth & the real wealth is each HUMAN. Have we ever realized its importance? It might confuse our minds when we talk about the relationship between Material Resources and Human Resources.

If we look at its relationship with the 🔍 lens of Economy. Then we can take an example of air, which is found abandonedly in the atmosphere has no value the market.  Just because it's naturally found. But still, it's an important part of our life. But if it decreases in the atmosphere then for sure its demand will increase. The same is with a human, for whom no one bothers much. So now we are able to understand why human resource is very important.
